LG Announces A New 4G LTE Mid-Ranger: LG Band Play

LG – the South Korean electronic giant – has announced today a new 4G LTE mid-ranger called the LG Band Play in Korea. The LG Band Play offers a 5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor.

Company reported in a blog post that the LG Band Play variant which has announced in Korea is a single-SIM device along with 4G LTE connectivity. It also claimed that LG Band Play has a powerful 1-Watt loudspeaker for clear sound. The LG Band Play buyers will also have LG’s QuadBeat headset within bundled with the smartphone.

LG Band Play comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory which is expandable via microSD slot. Moreover, it comes with Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi a/b/g/n, GPS and NFC for connectivity. LG Band Play has a 2300 mAh removable battery.

LG Band Play can run on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It also features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and the Laser AutoFocus like G3, G4 along with a 5MP front-facing selfie camera.

Company has priced the LG Band Play at 294,800 Korean Won in the markets of South Korea. It will be available in Korea through SKTelecom in the starting June 25th. It is available in black and white colors.
